Programme Steering Committee
The MoEF&CC has constituted PSC on 5th September, 2013. To oversee the implementation of the CEBPOL Programme and to review and monitor its progress.
The PSC will be responsible for making by consensus, management decisions for the programme and holding periodic reviews. The PSC meets at least once in a year and provides required oversight to this programme
Terms of Reference of the Committee
- Ensure that the programme goals and objectives are achieved in the defined timeframe
- Review the programme progress and suggest implementation strategies periodically
- Review the programme expenditure against activities, outputs and outcomes
- Approve annual and quarterly Work Plans and recommend corresponding budget outlays for concerned implementing entities
- Deliberate on any other programme related matter and make recommendations as deemed fit
The PSC consists of 8 members as follows:

In addition, concerned officers from relevant divisions may be invited for the PSC meetings as and when required.
