The National Biodiversity Authority (NBA) has prepared draft guidelines for effectively implementing the provisions of ABS under the Biological Diversity Act (2002) and Rules (2004).

Comments are solicited from interested individuals, institutions on the Draft guidelines on or before 30.05.2013.
