This meeting was held in Delhi in which all program leaders presented their reports. A panel discussion was also organised. Project Manager participated in this discussion. |

Staff Training |
Two staff trainings were conducted by the UNDP at New Delhi. Mr Saibal K Dey, Project Coordinator, Jharkhand and Mrs P Uma, Finance Assistant, PMU participated in the first training and Mrs P Abbinayaa, Project Associate, Mr K Sivaprasad, Liaison Officer and Mr D P Tiwari, Project Coordinator, Madhya Pradesh participated in second training. |

Project Planning and Review Meeting |
The planning and review meeting was held at NBA, Chennai. The roles and responsibilities of different project units were elaborated and a detailed plan of action was prepared based on the deliberations and discussions. |

An orientation meeting for the project staff was conducted at NBA, Chennai. The orientation covered technical matters, audit, financial and procurement procedures, project management system, submission of annual work plan, payment of salaries, travel expenses etc. |
