In order to close the incomplete applications which are pending at the NBA secretariat, the Authority, in its 38th meeting under agenda item no. 38.05, has decided to give one more opportunity to such applicants by giving a month’s time for resubmitting their applications, failing which their applications will be treated as closed by the NBA without returning the fee.

Accordingly, the 126 applicants listed below are hereby kept informed that they have been issued with a month’s notice to re-submit their applications seeking approval of the NBA for various activities. Failure to do so will entail closure of such applications without any further notice. However, the application fee, if any, received will not be returned at any cost. The applicants are also requested to inform the NBA through email/post, if they are no longer interested in continuing with the application process.
