In an attempt to reach out to stakeholders groups to ensure better understanding of the Biological Diversity Act in India, representatives of ADMA are invited by the Chairman, NBA for an interactive session at its Headquarters in Chennai on 3 January 2014.

ADMA is an important stakeholder group using India's biological resources with a keen interest to follow the Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) process in the country. This meeting is set to clarify the doubts on the provisions of the Act and ensure better compliance by the participating agencies under ADMA in India
